What is the Westin Heavenly® Bed?
The Heavenly® Bed is manufactured exclusively for Westin Hotels. It is composed of a pillow top mattress to give overall height of 30 cm. With the exclusive motion separation technology and individually pocketed springs. The base unit is 33cm.
Each bed is made exclusively for Westin Store™ and is sold as 1 mattress, 1 base and legs for the Double size 140 x 200 cm - 1 mattress, 2 bases and legs for Queen 160 x 200 cm, King 180 x 200 cm, and Super King 200 x 200 cm. The 2 base beds have been manufactured in order to allow easy access when delivering to your home, while keeping the total comfort of Heavenly® Bed.

What is the delivery time frame?
Delivery times will vary based on your area. Beds take approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
All in-stock items are shipped within 7-10 business days.
You will be contacted the week prior to the arrival of the carrier to your area between Monday and Friday to coordinate the delivery. You will be provided with a 4-5 hour window of availability.
Can I purchase the mattress only?
Yes, you may request the mattress only. We recommend placing the mattress on a firm surface such as a platform bed.
Can I purchase The Heavenly® Bed in a retail bed store?
The Heavenly® Bed is made exclusively for Westin and is available at the Westin Store™ store.
Does the bed have a warranty?
Yes, the bed carries a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty for defects in workmanship.
Does the bed have any latex foam?
No, the Heavenly® Bed is not made with latex foam.

The bed is made up in the following manner from the bottom up:

Bed Skirt
The bed skirt fits over the Heavenly® Bed base. Plain white.

Mattress Pad

Fitted Sheet
Percale deep pocket fitted sheet. Available in 200 thread count and 400 thread count 100% Cotton.

Decorative Sheet
Percale with decorative coloured piping at the top side. Available in 200 thread count and 400 thread count 100% Cotton.

Down Blanket
The down blanket rests between the sheet and the duvet insert. Light weight. The blanket is filled with 100% white duck down and is baffle box stitched to prevent lumping or shifting of the down.

Hypo-Allergenic Duvet Insert
Synthetic duvet. Filled with allergen-free fiber, with tapered edges to create the famous "meringue" topped look of the Heavenly® Bed.

Duvet Cover
200 thread count 100% Cotton. The duvet cover features Westin's exclusive white-on-white striped pattern.

Pillows
There are 5 pillows on the bed. Two are 30/70 mix of gray duck down and feathers, two are synthetic and there is also a synthetic decorative pillow.

Pillowcases
The pillowcases w/piping are sold as a pair. 200 thread count and 400 thread count 100% Cotton. Open Bag style.
